The Federation of Community Radio Stations (FCRS) is a nationwide initiative dedicated to empowering grassroots communities through the power of local storytelling and participatory media. By supporting community radio stations across India, the project promotes inclusive communication, strengthens media literacy, and amplifies the voices of marginalized groups. Through training, advocacy, and resource-sharing, FCRS enables these stations to become vital platforms for education, awareness, and social change — ensuring that every voice, no matter how remote, is heard and valued.
